Final Numbers...

February 7, 2013

Hey there,
So we got a call last night about the egg count and after they drained, or "aspirated" 14 follicles (which is great, they were expecting a max of 12) they were able to incubate and then freeze, or "cryogenically preserve" 7 eggs!!!  We have 7 potential little Jeydriennes being kept in a tub of liquid nitrogen for what could be decades!  So exciting!!!! Do you see my exclamation points!!!???!!!
So, the hope of course is to not have to ever use any of them. We would ideally be able to conceive naturally, and not have to ever touch them again.  However, we did this as a safety measure, a "just in case" sort of thing, in the event that the chemo or the Tamoxifen render her infertile - GOD forbid, please.
By the way - who is Justin Case?  Has anyone ever actually met him?
We love you guys so much, and appreciate the prayers and thoughts and love that we have recieved.  I mean, really.  Thank you.
Love,
Jeydrienne
PS - more on the final details of chemo, start date, etc. as we know!
